Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for the 2020 BC Science Outreach Workshop.

This year’s theme is: Using STEAM to Empower Community Change.

Within this broad theme, we invite you to submit proposals for potential workshops that fall under the following three subcategories: climate change, design thinking, and communication. Consider how STEAM can inspire change via these subcategories, and how we as the STEAM community can empower others to take action driven by facts.

Creative sessions that drive audience engagement and participation are encouraged. Workshops will be 1 hour in length with a maximum 20 minute presentation time.

The deadline to submit your proposal has been extended to
January 27, 2020. We will contact you via email if your proposal is accepted.
